DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE? WHICH ONES?
In short, No...We are an out-of-network provider; therefore, we do not accept insurance. Working within a budget? No worries... we can provide you with the required documentation to seek reimbursement from most major health insurance providers. (Note: we cannot guarantee reimbursement or rates of reimbursement from insurance providers)
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
While we do accept all major credit cards as well as HSAs/FSAs for your convenience.
HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?
Our typical therapy sessions last for 50 minutes. We ask that new patients arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your schedule appointment time to insure time to fill out paperwork.
DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?
On a very rare occasion, we may offer a sliding scale on our rates due to financial hardship. (Note: We may request additional information to determine financial eligibility).
HOW DO I RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT?
Cancellations less than 24 hrs before appointment are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
